Colorado VINE is a proactive notification system that sends you an automatic alert anytime an offender’s custody status changes if they are housed in a participating Colorado VINE Jail / Sheriff’s Office.
If the suspect in your case is arrested, or will be arrested, you will automatically receive custody status updates to include information regarding the release, transfer, escape, or death of an offender. Notification can be made via telephone, by e-mail, text message, or TTY Services. At the time of arrest, you choose a unique 4-digit PIN# or one was assigned to you. If you do not know this PIN# please contact the Victim Services Unit at 303-805-6601 to obtain this information.
Victims of certain crimes receive automatic enrollment in the VINE program, however, anyone may choose to self-register by using the directions below. To register for the VINE system, the offender must be in custody when you register.
